The House of Mozart, since 1993
|
|
|
|
House of Mozart Restaurant continues with a tradition that dates back to 1993 when it first opened its doors to an extremely enthusiastic community of appreciative diners. Alfred and Manuela`s inspiration for this exotic outlet grew from a desire to expose diners to an all-in-one artistic gastronomical experience that blends good food, wine and music in to an expertly produced and expressive performance all in a very well appointed comfortable and intimate restaurant
Mozart 's Kitchen is under the direct supervision of the executive chef owner Alfred Schinagl, well known especially for his renowned experience, not only with international cuisines, but with the advanced skills required to adorn tables with authentic Austrian-German dishes that are worthy of some of highest accolades of the Austrian and German communities.
The menu is comprehensive but not overly exhaustive as each dish has been expertly and carefully chosen so it can be developed to the peak of perfection
We wish you a pleasant dining experience

"Marco Island`s best kept secret",is, in my opinion, an over-used term. But in the case of the House of Mozart Restaurant in the shops of Marco shopping center, I can`t think of a more apt description

I can't say enough about Chef Alfred's Roasted Long Island Duckling. Arguably, one of the best entree choices I've ever made ; the unbelievably succulent, tender, tasty duck meat was enveloped in crackling, golden skin ; the cooking technique properly rendered the underlying fat to be almost non-existent, an Epicurean delight enhanced with the faint essence of orange glaze on the crisp skin.

The best dinner we had on Marco Island. That is what my wife said when we dined Christmas eve at your establishment. I say this also to butter you up. How do I obtain your recipe for potatoe pancakes. They are magnificent. I can not wait to come back. The tuna was 'to-die-for."

Dear Alfred, Manuela, and family:
We visited Marco Island this past weekend as we do every year and were happy to see your restaurant again. We ate there Aug 10th, 11th and 12th. You might remember us because we are the ones that ate all your onion soup! Your restaurant is the best on the island and I am going to post something on the internet about how great it is! I love the family warmth of your restaurant and the atmosphere is superb! Now the food, is more than superb! I don't think there is a word in the dictionary to describe how perfect each menu item is. We will be back! And we look forward to seeing how Julia grows up next summer! Your son is a very nice young man and you are very lucky to have such an asset to your family! Thank you all for making our weekend wonderful!
We are looking forward to your onion soup and entrees next year!
Warm Regards,
Francine Proffitt and Andy O'Boyle

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you and your staff for a very enjoyable evening (Thursday April 29/2010). Our dining experience at Mozart was our favorite while staying in Marco.
My husband and I both enjoyed our time at your restaurant. Everything from the service to the food were fabulous. We have eaten our fair share of schnitzel, coming from the city who hosts the second largest Oktoberfest in the world and much of it being excellent, but you schnitzel tops even my favorite German club now. The wiener schnitzel we had at Mozart is now the best I have ever had.
If you care to share your recipe I would be most grateful.
Once again, thank you for a warm and wonderful evening.
Warmest Regards from Canada,
Marlene Moore
